Before our call and in order to give you heads up, we wish to inform you about Magic South Cancellation and Refund Policy. 1. CANCELLATION POLICY.
The following cancellation terms and condition will apply to all bookings: - A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations of the ‘Tour’ made 24 hours after booking. - A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations of the ‘Tour’ made 72 hours before the ‘Tour’ reservation date. - No refunds will be provided for cancellations of made within 48 hours of the ‘Tour’ reservation date or for "No show" reservation Refunds Issued Under the Following Conditions: - Inclement Weather - Travel Restrictions (COVID-19) - Join Trips (Excluding Private Tours): For unexpected situations leading to cancellation, a refund is available if we are notified at least 72 hours before the tour departure or if a Doctor report is provided. - Cancellation by Magic South: In cases where Magic South cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet the minimum participant requirement (4 participants), we will issue a full refund, covering any fees incurred. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from cancellation date. Please note that refunds may be subject to exchange, receiving, and sending processing fees charged by financial or credit card processing companies. Travel Insurance Recommendation We advise our guests to consider obtaining travel cancellation insurance to safeguard against potential losses from unexpected cancellations. Individual Case Evaluation Each cancellation will be individually assessed by our European management team to determine eligibility for a refund, striving to minimize cancellation/amendment costs wherever possible. No Refunds Issued Under the Following Conditions: - No-Show for no special reason at Pickup - If a guest is absent at the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued. We request that guests contact us urgently if they are not picked up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. Tip: In case you fall asleep and could not come to the assembly point on time you can always book a Taxi to our next stop in the Magic South Trip :-)
